RecommendedI've known Dr. Kristi for some time now and she knows her stuff. After telling her about my previous doctor miss diagnosing me, she explained how she would always check for cancer if a woman told her she felt bloated. My doctor failed to do that. Now I am battling stage 4 ovarian cancer. Thanks to Dr.Kristi,I now know a doctor that I can talk to and trust. She has been such a blessing to me. She's more than a doctor to me. She's my friend!
Kristi is a helpful and attentive diagnostician. She is smart and quick to see the problem presented. So convenient to have the lab on premises. When you call in you don’t have to wait for 2-3 days for a callback. She is willing to discuss medications and she listens to patient concerns and complaints. I’ve never felt rushed or judged. Appreciate her and her staff
Kristi is always there for me. she picked up a heart condition that everyone else had overlooked. i’m 59 with cardiovascular disease and have 4 blockages. her early detection may have saved my life. thank you Kristi!!!! 😘

When I moved to WV in 2011, I needed to find a PCP. My husband had been her patient since she opened her practice and highly recommended her to me. I`m so glad he did, as she and her staff are all so caring and attentive. Dr. Hensley actually LISTENS to me and addresses my concerns. Dr Hensley is the most caring easy to talk to doctor I have ever had. Her staff is very friendly and professional. I reccomend her to all my friends and coworkers.
I have never liked going to doctors, put it off until absolutely necessary. Since being a patient of DR Hensley’s I no longer feel that way. If I have an issue she listens, and helps to find the root cause. I couldn’t be happier with the whole practice and staff.
Dr. Hensley had a very capable staff. Very professional and courteous and that is from just under the doctor and het lab employee, some .ale who thinks he some kind of God of Medicine and then Dr Hensley she will probably lnow you as well on your 1st visit as she will on tour 2nd appt of year in 2025. I perceive this as greed bit that's only my opinion. She never once talked with me alone ( as MD always do) without her aid that I call shadow. Dr Hensley has been my and my family 's primary care physician for 20+ years. She has seen me through a life-threatening cancer and multiple chronic conditions. She works so well coordinating with the many specialists I have had to see. I've never felt rushed or hurried as Dr Hensley and her staff always treat me like I'm the only patient in the world while I'm in her office or reaching out by phone. I am not just another patient but an informed, active participant and partner in my health care decisions.
