Just a heads up to new loader operators the supervisor is related to one the loader operators and the production lead and loader lead are brothers. So expect certain people will be held to different work loads and protected. when you call them out on there game you will be "let go". Don't bother with 2 weeks the plant manager has said in meetings and to other individuals you will not last to the end of your 2 week notice
