Within a seven day. I have left two messages and emailed for somebody to call me back regarding a new patient appointment. I have yet to hear from anybody. I am just glad we are not an established patient and needed to reach the doctor. There is zero communication. My for baby has a severe heart condition. I am now very leery for my dog to become a client. The fear of not being able to reach anybody if there was an emergency is real.
Didn’t respond to calls or emails from myself or vet, not even “sorry we are too busy” call or email.
