Father is in hospice, they need to verify his identity. Instead of sending someone down, they made me walk a mile with him in the wheelchair to get there. John vanderpleoug, made fun of me as the night before, I went to the ATM and couldn't withdraw money. The ATM never works outside, I’ve been to this location for the past six months and other locations have their ATMs working at all hours, but this one never seems to be in service
Worst branch in the valley. Several unmanned windows and no one acknowledges any customers. The guy just sitting in the back does nothing to help with the situation. Waited over 10 min in line to get bypassed by a "business customer" and remained waiting with no explanation or acknowledgment. Branch manager should be ashamed at the level of customer service. AVOID this branch at all cost !!
