Not great at all. I had a storage unit there for over a year IIRC, and always paid in full and on time… well what happened? I finally returned to Nevada to empty my unit but had lost the key to the lock… so I asked the person that manages the facility - who knew who I was and could further verify me by asking for identification but didn’t need to on account of that person having interacted with me several times before this incident - if they could please help me break my lock because I drove in from another PART OF THE COUNT... read more

Called to cancel a unit on behalf of someone else and they gave instructions on what to do...buildings are not labeled clearly whatsoever and even though the unit was empty they still sent a letter to my mom about a lean on it...despite her using it less than a week and having 0 inside....just odd to me
after 17 years I still say they are the best!
