I was approved for HCV program 9/23 it is now 8/24 and to say I have been treated nasty, disregarded and plain flat out ignored is being kind. I dont know who runs this establishment I have requested to speak with a supervisor only to be put in contact with someone they claimed had "quit" and so my case was taken over by Rachel Osborn. Who they claimed resigned and now my case im assuming is in limbo. Well I waited for sometime but it was worth it I am so happy I haven't had a lot of luck I believe my days are numbered because I have stage four colon and liver cancer and just found out I have another tumor in my testicles but the people at N.R.H are making sure I'm going to be ok I'm so grateful to them for helping me especially when I need it the most The people who are working there are so awesome!
