I brought a relative here the other day for an appointment. I was pretty disappointed with how it was operated. Their manurism is kind of off. The receptionist at the front was polite and courteous. We were supposed to be there at a specific time we arrived early and got checked in. We had to wait around an hour and twenty minutes to be seen. This is my second and last time coming here both appointments were scheduled, but still takes about two hours to even see the doctor for five minutes Go to a place that cares more Very impersonal they are so behind on their appointments that even the receptionist I caught falling asleep at her desk
I’m told no insurance will cover Retina procedures. When the truth is “THEY” don’t except insurance. They said they have to have &500.00 to start this??? So I give it to them. After the visit, they said the exam was $99.00. That was reasonable. I asked about the rest of the money because I was told I didn’t have a detached retina. THEY said, “well that’s CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT”. I said but I was told I don’t need this service (my eyes labored on), and they said “well just keep coming back for a check up until you use up th... read more
