90% done via phone. Mary is an expert with trust, had everything put together and reviewed, signed, witnessed in about 30 min., face to face. Professional, expert, excellent customer service....you feel like she is an old family friend that you can trust with your family and final wishes.
John is amazing! Such great help and so nice over the phone, will definitely recommend to friends and family! Great price and great customer service. Please give them a change with whatever matter you are in need of :)
