I seldom write reviews, but I have to express my appreciation for the service provided by Nevada Plumbing Authority today. They not only scheduled my appointment the same day, but unlike many companies who prioritize the service call fee before arriving. Regardless of the outcome, you still end up paying for the service call. Thank you, Nevada Plumbing Authority, and a special thanks to Hugo, my service technician, for restoring my faith and trust in hiring professionals and resolving my issue today

Huge Thank you to Andrew who is the most honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable professional in this line of work. Also for Hugo who did a great job with the install. Andrew and Hugo arrived to replace an expansion tank and fittings that had corrosion. See the before/after pics. But when they arrived I surprised them with a problem that started a couple days prior. The icon system was not kicking on leaving me with no hot water. Andrew took it upon himself to get this fixed. Professional. Excellent communicators - both the on-site technician and their office staff. Exacting and detail-oriented. Explained everything in consumer friendly language. Answered questions. Gave money-saving advice through their professional experience. Recommended resources that addressed plumbing-related solutions such as follow-up drywall work. Highly recommended for their professionalism, candor and detail-oriented solutions.

We’ve used Nevada Plumbing Authority twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. They’re prompt, professional, and consistently deliver quality work. It’s great having a plumbing company we can truly rely on.
