I recently got in a major accident and was unable to use my prosthetic for the last 5 months, so my existing prothetic did not fit. I called Kyle one morning on 12/5/25 and asked, How soon I could get in? He said, today, I said, could I come right now? He said, yes, he made me and fitted me a new prosthetic socket, the next morning at 11 o'clock, AM. of course.I was very excited to be walking again after five months. I'm a dual amputee, left AKA and right metatarsal, and have been an amputee for 17 years and no one has come close to the care I get from the people here at NOP, and I have had a dozen different practioners. It is very complicated to get a gait this well with a partial foot + and above knee, however they listened and took the time to ensure I got the toes lift I needed from my AFO. Hello to the staff of NOP, Mike and I (Karen), are just beginning our adventure with this company. In a few short weeks, they have accomplished more than the other 2 prothetic company's we had been to, put together. Two years later and Mike still doesn't have a proper prothetic for a above the knee amputee. We had constant problems from the fit, the insurance, returning phone calls, the staffs unprofessional work ethics, and the list goes on. Receptionist was very rude. There were two other spots open, but I understand the importance for easy access for amputees. Her tact was unacceptable after I told her I was going to move my car in two seconds, she begin to count one two and slammed the door. I believe she needs training again with on how to adress issues at the office and professionalism.
