I tried my hardest to like this place in the 12 years I used this clinic as my provider for medical care. The doctors were impossible to get into at first so I went through dealing with various nurse practitioners for several years, as they were the only ones available (some good, some dreadful). Finally got accepted as a patient with an actual doctor, who ended up transferring out. Appointments are difficult to make and wait times are horrendous. Quite impossible to get ahold of anybody there. And when they do call you back even if you call right back you’re still stuck playing phone tag with them for going on 2 weeks now. Never had so much trouble in my life dealing with people in healthcare industry. Highly recommend to go somewhere else.
Giving 5 Stars ONLY for Doctors, their nurses and the Check In Clerks. All exceptional and necessary. What's not necessary is the Phone Nurse. When I call to speak to MY Doctor or MY Nurse, I don't want to speak to a stranger. She is helpful but often, in my experience, does this wrong. The info I gave her or the questions I asked never got passed on to my particular Doctor/Nurse. Very confusing for me and especially for my preferred health care.
