Judgmental, rude, incompetent. I would really be interested to know why a select, tiny handful of patients sing their praises. Who are they and what is it about them that they have these "amazing experiences" in relation to their care as opposed to the 90% of patients who have difficult experiences. (??) Oh, my, the people working the front lines (receptionists) are SO VERY "mean girls" in their behaviors. But why? No one answers the phones and no one returns calls.

It’s impossible to get in to be seen here, receptionists and scheduler all act like it’s their first day and have no idea how to do anything. Wait time is always 1-2 hours past appointment time IF you are lucky enough to get an appointment. The nurse will NOT return calls. Medications are allowed to run out and one time a dr whom I have never seen at the clinic refilled my rx because for whatever reason Dr. Spangler and her nurse Lacy couldn’t be bothered to do it.
