supposed to open at 7 refuses to answers phones doctors do not know what they are doing
It’s impossible to get in to be seen here, receptionists and scheduler all act like it’s their first day and have no idea how to do anything. Wait time is always 1-2 hours past appointment time IF you are lucky enough to get an appointment. The nurse will NOT return calls. Medications are allowed to run out and one time a dr whom I have never seen at the clinic refilled my rx because for whatever reason Dr. Spangler and her nurse Lacy couldn’t be bothered to do it. I’ve called 3 days in a row to get an appointment and I called periodically threw out each day and not a thing. How do you get a hold of anyone? It’s ridiculous at this point. I go to Conley normally and usually everything has been great but recently you can’t get a hold of anyone to get an appointment.
Really like the doctors and practitioners but hard to get into to be seen in a timely manner.
