Giving 5 Stars ONLY for Doctors, their nurses and the Check In Clerks. All exceptional and necessary. What's not necessary is the Phone Nurse. When I call to speak to MY Doctor or MY Nurse, I don't want to speak to a stranger. She is helpful but often, in my experience, does this wrong. The info I gave her or the questions I asked never got passed on to my particular Doctor/Nurse. Very confusing for me and especially for my preferred health care. Judgmental, rude, incompetent. I would really be interested to know why a select, tiny handful of patients sing their praises. Who are they and what is it about them that they have these "amazing experiences" in relation to their care as opposed to the 90% of patients who have difficult experiences. (??) Oh, my, the people working the front lines (receptionists) are SO VERY "mean girls" in their behaviors. But why? No one answers the phones and no one returns calls.
