After uploading my document for process serving, I called their office and spoke to James around the time they opened in the morning. He said their process servers would be in the office soon and would have one of them call me in a bit. True to his word, he called me back and put me on the phone with Lana. Lana was incredibly courteous and answered all my questions/concerns. Following that, she expedited my polite request to get my document served at the courthouse the same day.
