Called an hour before my appointment to let them know I was going to be 15 minutes late. I called multiple times and got no answer. I showed up 13 minutes late just so they can tell me I couldn’t be seen. If they would have answered the phones i would have known and wouldn’t have wasted my time to show up and leave work early.
