My experience with Dr. Abby Paranthaman was the worst Doctor's appointment I have ever experienced. She spent about 5 minutes with me reviewing my current medications. I asked her about a new medication and she refused to even talk about it. Have NEVER met a Doctor who will not discuss symptoms and available medications for it. There is a sign on the wall, in the room saying the visit is for 20 minutes. Well Dr. P, after just a few minutes with me said "I will be right back." Dr.P is amazing! I never feel rushed even when I try to rush what I'm trying to say so I don't take too much of her time she letse know she's listening and to go ahead and explain or ask what I need to. We actually discuss together what the next step is in my care and communicating with her via the app has been quick. Thanks for patience and care it very hard to find nowadays.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. Absolutely atrocious service and business ethics. They are consistently booked out multiple months for subpar service and utilize a soulless call center for scheduling that auctions off appointment to the highest bidder. I was called about a potential opening at 10:27 this morning in which I returned the call at 10:28 and missed the opening but confirmed my appointment only to have the operator make what must have been a clerical error and cancel my appointment.
