Awesome gym and community. I’ve tried appointment/classes-only gyms before, and this one is the best one so far. Everyone greets you, the programs are challenging, and I’m seeing the result in myself. I might add, the plans are flexible and I’m happy with the fee. They will work with you to find what fits you the best.
Absolutely love this gym! The coaches are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always making sure you have the right technique and pushing you to do your best. They take the time to explain every movement and offer modifications to fit all fitness levels. The community here is also amazing and welcoming. We joined the gym a month ago. We came from another CrossFit gym and needed something close to home. We’ve loved the coaches and the personalized attention in the morning. We get to work out with a lot of the coaches, which really pushes us. Jeff, Igor, and James are all great coaches. We’d recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking for a new CF option.
My time at St. Rose has been absolutely incredible. When I first joined, I lacked confidence and knowledge of the exercises, and honestly, I wasn't sure if I would feel comfortable. However, I'm grateful I took the chance. Was using class pass to find a new gym in 2023 and so glad I booked that first class here. I since cancelled class pass and have been coming here every week for the past six months and don’t plan to stop. Great coaching staff and training regimen. I can’t say enough good things about the experience here, not to mention the physical results!
