I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Dr. Ortega. My husband and I are truly happy to have her as our family doctor. However, I had missed an appointment by a hour and rescheduled it quickly, I was told that it was alright and that they would wave the fee. I just received my missed appointment fee 5 months later???
