We used this company for a couple years, and we had to prepare for the cleaners to come because they would leave a mess on all of our appliances. No call no show the first time was ok because they followed up on Monday and told us they were sorry. Second time, no call, no show, no follow-up now looking for another company. A simple apology would have kept us as customers. Our time is valuable and we always had hood cleaning on Sundays (our day off).
