I peed in a cup and the rude lady said that the temp didn't register when it did. So I told her that I am taking a pic of the temp and she got mad and said that since I wanted to take a pic of the temp that she was going to put a drop of some liquid in the urine which she did and the drop didn't do anything to my urine but made it smell like ammonia and she sealed it up and put it in the plastic package to send to the lab and told me that she was putting down that I refused to pee when the temp did register so she is setting... read more
The staff is rude, no customer Service, they hang up the phone when calling! They don’t respect the sign-log sheet! They take who ever they want. They don’t like Mexican people they are racist. The short guy with glasses and long beard is the rudest person I ever met in the front office environment. He may be the owner or partner of clinic but has no respect for women specifically if you look Latino stay away! As a Manager I will never refer any of my employees to this clinic!!
