Got a call at 11pm, they close at 5pm, a representative has personal phone numbers and names to multiple of my family members on some system now and is asking for emails, they felt the need to call us 5 hours after closing. Very frustrating when you’re grieving and get a call saying we’re eligible for donating organs. Shame on this so called “non-profit” organization.

Allegedly my son’s dad was a donor- we were told we would receive basic information in 6 weeks about who received his organs, we would receive his last heartbeat and they would keep in contact- it’s been 6 months- nothing- all of our emails have gone ignored. My son feels like his dad’s organs were stolen as well as his dignity! This has turned me off from ever donating!
