Went in to do a name change. Seen my ID needed to be renewed this year I agreed to do it then and there. Well 6 weeks later still no ID. I call and he says give it time. A few weeks later I call again and I was told I had to pay $18 to have another sent out. I asked for a refund for my original and he refused. They are stealing out money and want us to continue to pay. This is not right. I paid for a service that I never got and I shouldn't have to pay again for their mistake.
