This place its a joke bad service my app wast a 9:00 am for 2 pallets its 3:00 pm im still waiting for paperwork so sad they used only 1 dock this people are very bad

The phone number posted at the entrance to the company's premises is incorrect. It's obvious the company simply has no desire to help clients. Registration is only possible using the phone number at the entrance to the office, which is always closed. It doesn't matter if it's raining or snowing, clients simply have to stand and wait for someone in the office decide to answer their phone call. My broker neglected to provide the correct address. If you're looking for a company called Leapfrog, it's now called Symbia.

I will never pick up freight from this shady company ever again my apptmoint was at 12 noon and iam still waiting for a door its been hours please stay away from this company.

Symbia is a shady company and does not operate in good faith. I will never use their services again. If you are looking for 3PL services I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. They will not think twice about screwing you over in order to make a quick buck.
