Don’t waste your money or time. Not a professional company. No communication. Said they approved us, sent us the final pet screening, but in the meantime, we were applying for other places. As soon as I told them I’m not longer interested, they send a petty denial letter. Very cute behavior, typical of Reno management companies. Glad we went with a different management company that doesn’t play games to get rental application fees. We were welcomed with open arms in our new home.
The most comical experience I've had when applying for a rental. Glad we trusted our instincts and applied elsewhere and found our new home.

Megan and the Team were great, I was able to get moved in easily. They were very helpful and patient. Everything was clearly described in detail, nothing was hidden as they are transparent about all matters concerning the property and fees. Overall a good experience thus far...
Haven't had heat for almost a month... thos company does not maintain their buildings.. took over a year to get sink fixed.. my apt is not sealed so wind blows through... it's been over 20 days since had heat.
