It took over 3 weeks to be able to look at the apartment once I looked at it I didn't like it I agreed to rent at a different unit it needed to be painted I told him I wasn't worried about that and of course they ended up charging me for a full repaint nothing but scammers
I relocated from Las Vegas to Reno last year. Based on Google reviews, I took a chance on The Hub @ Oddie prior to relocation. Upon arriving, Kaitlin greeted me and assisted with the move-in. She was incredibly pleasant to work with (and continues to be, whenever I have a reason to call the main office). I did not want to have to write a review, but, I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this property management company over the course of our one-year lease. There have been multiple serious maintenance issues that have made our living situation uncomfortable and, at times, concerning—especially after bringing home our newborn.
