Can’t say enough good things about this shop. Mike was honest and transparent throughout the process of fixing my 05 Subaru Outback XT, and had it back to me as quickly as possible. I’ve been in and out of dozens of shops in my life and Nevada City Auto is the easiest customer experience I’ve had. I trusted them with my vehicle and was fairly charged for parts and labor. Not a good place they're not working on the right cars and they're rude and blaming people and distracting people and they are towing cars
I brought my car for some work. One of the items I requested was the brakes to be fixed. They checks them out and said they were in perfect order. Shows you what I know, but it also shows their integrity and honesty. Also, the other item I would point out was the work was done right before a snowstorm that closed down Highway 49. Chains were required all week to get to Grass Valley. Of course I didn’t have those, so Mike said it was no problem to keep the car there. Very reasonable, thorough, and honest. Great work guys!
Our other mechanic recommended this shop because he doesn't work on Fords. I can tell already just booking my appointment that we will never go anywhere else. Friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable, professional, so far I have only good things to say.
