NCRM failed to communicate clinically significant ultrasound findings that would have led to a diagnosis of the condition causing my infertility. This condition was quickly identified by a new clinic 10 months later. Only after paying to access my own records did I discover that this finding had been documented during my final treatment cycle at NCRM but was never communicated to me.
