The staff is exceedingly kind and helpful. Their communication is beyond amazing, They were so friendly and helped through every step and have made this process so much easier for us!
UPDATE: I filed a complaint with CMS and recommend that you do too, it is illegal to not give self pay patients a good faith estimate, regardless of the cost of the bill. I received a GFE (good faith estimate) at the Northern CA Fertility center. It’s very easy to file a complaint with CMS just google search no surprise act complaint. As someone who works in the healthcare industry in leadership, the way this practice is managed is appalling. So much so, that I am choosing to drive to Sacramento to get treatment.
