Dr. Phair was very kind and respectful. I appreciated her communication throughout the appointment. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure.
Dr. Phair went the extra mile and even took time to consult my other doctor in person. I’m a complicated patient so solutions aren’t always simple. I like that she was willing to admit she didn’t know something and learned something new without getting upset. Plus she’s funny and personable. That made me very comfortable even though my examination was unavoidable painful.
