Room is Mouldy, if you have respiratory system problem, any sensitivity, room is damp and full of Mould, Don’t Book! Heater is full of dirt, room smells damp, not really suitable for healthy staying! Not suitable for people with health issues! I need to add that, very lovely and friendly staff, very helpful front desk, Thank you 🙏 Unfortunately the room condition is not suitable for staying ! Cost your health !
I stayed at Neutral Bay lodge for a week whilst looking for a flatshare in the area. After a very long flight from London, they were happy to adjust to an earlier check in due to my 6am flight where many hotels wouldn’t have been flexible in my experience. The hotel manager and her staff were a delightful to talk to. A truly charming place to stay with various and wonderful ways to access the city!
