Sent a LabSwift water activity meter back to the company for ISO 17025 calibration and it sat for over a month before someone (after frequently follow-up emails requesting updates) reached out to say it "failed" calibration and needed to be sent to another facility for "diagnosis." You get what you pay for - go with Rotronic. Update - company explained the flaw in the system and corrected. They also included a complimentary PM to make things right.
