Not happy, met with dr Petel very nice received my shots they had to cancel the second set. Because dr petel was leaving the practice but the staff said they would be able to refill my pain meds. Overall Impression: Well integrated comprehensive spinal care with service above standard of care. My issue: New spinal injury diagnosed in ER Facts: I was seen at Neuspine and in front of a neurosurgeon within 1 day of reaching out. I was presented with four options. I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Patel to receive cortisone shots, but I never actually saw him—only had a consultation with a nurse. I paid my portion after insurance for that visit and had a follow-up appointment scheduled months later to receive the actual shot from Dr. Patel. Then, weeks later, I received a call informing me that Dr. Patel had resigned and that no other doctors were available to provide the shot. I have MULTIPLE concurrent diagnoses, and see many doctors. I've seen some that are very good and some that are very bad. Dr. Patel is easily one of THE BEST. His combination of skill, upbeat attitude, and bedside manner make visits to his office one of the few I do not dread. He has provided excellent care and been a careful listener, making the time to listen to my concerns and giving you the sense that you are his only focus while he is in the room. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
After Dr. Patel left i was told no more appointments by a phone call. No explanation just we don't want you or need you here. All I did was answer their call. Worst way to handle so many people. Just said nope! No reason, nothing. They did make feel like I did something wrong, I really don't understand why they would be so cold. Rethinking about this place.
