I wish I could leave ZERO stars. I have been with Neuspine since 2021- had 3 Pain management Docs in those 4 years.. Dr Kamal Patel was the most current & by far the BEST. The way they treated him & his patients after he put in his notice was beyond unbelievable. I would NOT recommend Neuspine to ANYONE. They left me in such a mess - in the middle of a series of 3 nerve blocks & NO pain medicine that I have been on for 4 years. Do not waste your time with this practice, they could care less about your well being.
I worked at a doctor's office but that was one of the most unprofessional experiences I ever had. Especially for my fiancée. No talk about symptoms no talk about causes not even in the room for 5 minutes and was rushed out. Never again. We waited months for this appointment. I am extremely disappointed with that care and appointment.

Not happy, met with dr Petel very nice received my shots they had to cancel the second set. Because dr petel was leaving the practice but the staff said they would be able to refill my pain meds. When I tried they told me I had to find another pain dr and get established so a week and a half before my surgery I was given other (2)pain management numbers I cannot get an appointment for either or till late August my surgery is tomorrow, I lost faith and trust in Neuspine I want to find another surgeon for I feel I’m not going ... read more
Second time they have canceled my husbands appointment and claimed they called. We go up there again, to be told sorry we tried to call you…but we can’t see you. They never reached out to Tricare for a new authorization, and claimed it’s because Dr. Patel left suddenly. The front desk said it had been all day people showing up after their appointments were cancelled. If you want to go here, make sure and babysit until Your appointment.
