Zero customer support. Contact the company via their website and they will not respond. Packaging is a plain brown box, no paperwork, no stickers, no instructions just a drop shipped brown box from an unknown manufacturer inside were overpriced bi axis top hats that clunk over cracks in the road. First and last parts from them as they have zero prestige, zero customer service and not the company they once were.
I recently bought Neuspeed wheels for my 2025 GTI SE, and I couldn’t be happier! The fitment was perfect, the wheels completely elevated the look of my car, and the pricing was very fair. The sales team even helped me with a Veteran discount, which I truly appreciate. If I ever need another set, Neuspeed will be my first choice!
Absolute worst company I have dealt with in my 44 years on this planet! I purchased a set of wheels for a 2017 Ford Focus RS and on paper, these Neuspeed wheels were perfect for the car. They used factory center caps, lug nuts and TPMS while providing an 18” option. I had brand new Continental tires mounted on the wheels and immediately noticed bad vibrations when traveling over 30 mph.
