Purchased $2,200 of hardware. Went back to purchase $500 more and to exchange two 8” handles for two 6” handles. They were just too big for the space. They charged me a 25% restocking fee. Only $14 but yet I have spent tens of thousands with the Neu family. Tools, supplies, and yes hardware. Yet after all these years I didn’t realize how little they thought of me.
