Absolutely the worst costumer service we have ever encountered. 1st appointment they lied to us that we could do the Qeeg, then schedule an appointment for a report of findings, be fitted for the myndlift device and have a tech to show us how to do it the same day at the puyallup location. I scheduled the appointment and they then called us to ask if we could move our appointment to a random day and have us drive to gig harbor to get the myndlift and that they only have techs in gig harbor. Life changing. I’m currently being seen here and I thought I would never be the same with the TBI I got after a car accident in 2018. The work this team does matters and is more effective than anything else out there. Highly recommend!
