Was a new patient here for a referral and my first appointment with Dr. Gandhi was not helpful. She seemed disinterested and as if she had other things she would rather be doing. We barely made eye contact because she was looking at her laptop the whole time. I was in the exam room for barely 5 minutes. Had a follow-up appointment, she was late 13 minutes ,and again we spoke for 3 minutes. Would not recommend.
Again, if I could gv Zero and be able to leave a review, I would have. This doctor as a new patient, treated me with such indifference, lacks active listenning skills and genuine care. Not only was she indifference, rude, she instead brushed it off for me to go to a pain clinic, instead. As if She never heard a thing I said nor cared to. FOR A HISTORY WITH A MENINGIOMA, and craniotomy, radiation, ect. First words out of her mouth in a rude demeanor were, "why are u here for?" I brought my grandmother to Neurovations Neurology Clinic for her first visit, hoping she would receive compassionate care and understanding. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming but our experience with Dr. Rekha Gandhi left us heartbroken and frustrated. After waiting more than 20 minutes, Dr. Gandhi came in and spent barely 5 minutes with us. The entire time, she had her back to my grandmother, focused on her laptop instead of on her patient.
