Sarah Mackett was wonderful throughout the entire process. She is extremely kind and professional and does a great job at putting her patients at ease throughout the clinical trial. She was very accommodating of my work schedule and a pleasure to be around.

I did a study here a few years ago, and it was great. I can’t recommend them anymore though. I tried to get in another study, and it has been a disaster. I had a sports event prior to my screening appointment, and strenuous exercise can cause your lab work to be messed up due to creatine levels, so I called to ask if it would be ok to still do the sports event.
