Not sure how this is a 5 star mental health clinic. I was 30 minutes late to my very first consultation which i understand but i had called yesterday at 2/27 around the evening to confirm if i was going to be charged which it was not and mind you Heather the lady/owner i presume sounds lovely on the phone but in person looks/sounds the opposite. I can not emphasize enough how much of an impact heather has made on my life. Her work is seriously life-changing. I have been suffering from the symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease for fourteen years, neurofeedback with Heather has relieved some of my symptoms especially sleep and movement. I am able to stay asleep most nights and I don't need medication for movement till later in the morning. Neurofeedback is helping with my quality of life.
