Let me get straight to the point. IT WORKED. Ok so now let me explain. Our son had signs of ADHD. So we wanted to get ahead of it before he would end of needing medication which was a last resort. Julia is such a wonderful person to work with, and the program has me feeling like a whole new person. I never thought my issues could be mitigated so easily before finding neurotherapy and even still I had my reservations about the full extent of it’s efficacy, but this has been the best decision I’ve ever made. 100/10 recommend for anyone and everyone.
I’m so grateful to have met Julia and she has help my family so much. I have seen so many positive changes and I’m so happy to have found the right solution for my family. Especially one that was safe and with such significant changes in the right direction. Julia was right there every step of the way and was always available when we needed her. It started in September of 2022. I slowly was getting less and less sleep each night. It had gotten to the point where I was only getting 1 to 1 ½ hours of sleep in a 24-hour period. After a few weeks it was taking a toll on me in so many other aspects of my health, both physical and mental. I started with my primary care doctor. My teen daughter and I both just completed the at-home training and we are very pleased with the program. Julia has been absolutely wonderful and was always available to help us. We both have very marked improvements. For my daughter it was ADHD and sensory symptoms to which both areas have been helped a great deal. For me it was anxiety and a very stressed brain.
