I called and was told they could see me same day and that someone would call me back. I waited, but I decided to drive to the location because they said they had an appointment 1.5 hours from when o called. When I went to the address listed the ppl in the office said that they don’t have anyone who does this testing.
I took a 1/2 day off from work to attend my appointment here. When I arrived, there was a different company renting the space out. Apparently, the company relocated to Arlington Heights but makes appointments for other locations that do not exist. I wasted an 1/2 day of pay for their misinformation. In addition to, their scheduling process is horrible. The operators ask a million questions before you can make an appointment, then have no clue what locations are open. Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!

The doctor (Dr. D. Kandilakis) was very professional. A people person doctor that made me feel comfortable. I was pleased, I didn't know what to expect so I was uptight, but he made the experience pleasant. I would like to thank you.
