I have had a series of these cognitive training sessions over a three month period. It is a very relaxing experience and it has helped with long-standing issues with migraine and anxiety. It is non-invasive and well-worth a try if you are seeking to improve your mental and physical health.
I went to Vicki to 'try it out' and can't talk highly enough of her and Neurosymmetry. I am amazed at the results. My appetite is in control (I had a sweet tooth!), my tolerance is way better than 'normal', and it is well with my soul.
