Very professional medical appointment. Totally pleased with my care.
Went in for shots in lower back did a great job to temporarily relieve the pain worked out perfectly

Was very impressed with the entire procedure. Dr. Kunitz was very gentle with the shots and spent a great deal of time making sure he hit all the spots that were causing me pain. Both he and the nurse explained the procedure to me and what to expect and additional avenues I could take if I needed more help. Thank you Linda zach
