Everyone was so nice. Dr. Elswick was on time and did a thorough exam of my issue and was super helpful in getting me started on a treatment asap. Everything went super smooth. Excellent customer service! A special shout out to Jackie for being so helpful to me I highly recommend Dr. Elswick and Brain and Spine Specialist of North Texas - Arlington.
I arrived at the hospital via ambulance after having a seizure. I did not have an opportunity to vet the doctor or his practice before going into brain surgery. If I had written the script myself, I could not have designed a better scenario. Dr. Elswick is such a genuine, kind, regular guy with an amazing gift to heal. He's easy to talk to and his staff is considerate and treat you in a way that makes you feel like your issues are valid and you are important. I am very grateful.
