I am very disappointed be aware they do not handle or deal with arachnoid cysts. My daughter has one and a referral was sent to their office and marked urgent as hers is large and she is having symptoms impacting her health. I have called to follow up on the status and was told I would hear back about a week out. This happened at least 2 times. Then they declined the referral a month later saying no one in their office handles these. They didn't even have the courtesy, or compassion to care to call us directly they just sent... read more
