My husband had surgery with a neurosurgeon from this practice, so when we later needed accommodation paperwork completed for his job, we expected reasonable continuity of care. Instead, because that doctor is now retiring, this practice refused to take him back in, even though she worked here and was part of this office. We were left scrambling to find a new doctor and ended up spending over $1,000 just to get someone else to handle paperwork that this practice should have helped with.
