I went to see Dr Fong during the peak of my severe back pain. His bedside manner was terrible, telling me I would be like jello to operate on. He also only spoke to my husband, and not me, the patient. He was aggressive and demanded I book the surgery that day with him. I did not. I continued to get a bill from his office for months after my visit when it was already paid. Dr Fong made me feel at ease and was able to get me in for surgery fast.
Was admitted to the hospital due to severe back issues unable to walk after 2 previous back surgeries. Dr.Fong was able to see me in clinic and in the hospital every encounter he was amazing and patient with answering my questions and concerns. He gets to the point and is very knowledgeable and thorough. In my opinion that’s important you want someone who explains it very well and you understand everything! Updating my review because I was just reflecting on how it's been 3 years since I was under the compassionate care of Dr Fong, and I couldn't be happier! Prior to seeing him I was in severe pain and had been misdiagnosed by other physicians. Dr Fong immediately figured out the issue because he is rank S tier and treated me. Thanks to his knowledge and ability I have been pain free ever since. I'm forever grateful to him for saving me I strongly recommend anyone with nerve pain to consult with him!
