This was the most pleasant office group I've met in many, many years. Everyone was kind, professional and efficient. Lauren took the time to understand what my issues are. She asked questions and she listened. She took the time to explain several outcomes and seemed to really care. This is the best experience I've had in a doctor's office in years, possibly ever.
