My family first met Dr. Haynes when my mother was transferred from one hospital to king wood medical center due to swelling and fluid on her brain due to a stroke. Dr. Hayne excepted her with open arms, and from there on he has been heaven sent. My mother had to have a craniotomy procedure done to help get the swelling down, and to drain all the fluid off her brain. I had a C3 to C7 Fusion I from dr. Haynes at the Kingwood Medical Center. All I can say is that I spent six days in the hospital. When I left 8 weeks later all I can tell you is that I feel great I'm still working on my ability to walk long distances. But that has nothing to do with the surgery. It is because I have been in the house for the last 2 months. So every weekend and at least one or two times a week my husband takes me for long walks and we go to flea markets and places where I have to walk long distances and wait ... read more
