Can’t get a straight answer as to who I need to contact and messages in the portal are seen but not followed up with. The notes in the appointment from last visit, vs what we were told by Dr vs what the dates of orders test all are different. The dr seems great, but I feel miscommunication is happening somewhere. Calling Monday and will update based on that call. Maybe I’m just doing something wrong?

Dr. Garton seems very knowledgeable. The office staff is polite, I felt very confident taking my son there.
