I have had 4 Shut-revisions and need a 5th one. Dr I never calls his patients he always has his nurses. The one nurse isn’t friendly. She wouldn’t let me get word in edgewise then wrote in my chart that I got rude with her and hung up. They always put lies in my chart like I was happy to hear something when I am not. I have been dealing with rare brain disorder and Brain aneurysm for 5 years and he miss the aneurysm. It took another doctor to caught it. Had a surgery scheduled through them. They had me go through all the pre surgery testing knowing my insurance denied the procedure. They refuse to call you back even though they say it was put in as a high priority, hell I'm still waiting on a call back from a week ago. Dr iguchi is a great surgeon but they have lost my business going forward
My shoe has more compassion and personality waste of my money and time horrible
