Staff, nurses and Dr Pollack were all outstanding.
That whole staff including the surgeon was very nice. I felt that they cared. Easy to work with. Dr. Copeland took his time with me, made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable about my surgery. He did a great job and I highly recommend him and his entire staff.
I'm not sure where to begin. 1. First, going over the forms for new patients in the waiting room, with someone on speaker phone going over their medical history I'm pretty sure is a Hippa Violation. My wife and I and other didn't need to hear all that. 2. Dr copelands assistant. She was asking us things about my previous procedures that she could have looked at my referral, kept pressing me for the dates. Dr. Copeland is confident and knowledgeable and kind. Very transparent, very patient and responsive to my questions. Big, big fan.
