I work in Healthcare and calling this place and speaking to the reception is a Joke, I just wanted to see if a patient could be seen without an MRI due to patient having objects in the body that are not MRI compatible, Right off the bat She get loud with me stating they don't deal with said Object....(not why i was calling) I was actually calling about Lumbar Issues. Five weeks ago I could not stand up straight. And I had pain and numbness in my back and legs. Dr. Copeland changed all that with a laminectomy surgery on my lower back. The day after surgery I was standing straight up again and a week later I was completely out of pain. I could not have asked for a better doctor and surgeon than Dr. Copeland. Dr Pollack is the epitome of what you’d want your surgeon to be. I was in a horrible car wreck and had to have a discectomy and I was so scared. He made me feel at ease, he explained everything incredibly thoroughly. After discharge and follow up he kept the same caring energy. I would 100/10 recommend him to anyone. Also his PA Jesse is phenomenal as well.

The doctor treated me like trash for absolutely no reason. If you’re into being put down and humiliated by a complete stranger, this is the clinic for you. I, however, will never go back there again.
