This is the worst medical experience I have had in my life. What kind of FLMA(KIM) sends other people to do their dirty work. I had a stroke 2 months ago and still unable to get my paperwork processed for work. She sends someone to tell me "We dont do that" I have been sending in paperwork for 2 months. She didnt have the decency to pick up the phone and give me a call. I even informed her what was needed. I even spoke with the Dr who advised he would make sure she takes care of it. Still nothing. Dr Amole is the best Neurosurgeon in the clinic. He saved my life when I had a brain aneurysm and did an excellent job with my surgery. He listens to your concerns and always willing to help his patients however he can. The nurses and office staff are always friendly and helpful as well. I wouldn't trust going to anyone else
The entire staff other than Dr. Phillips and his assistant were great. I had a similar surgery 2 years ago and was prescribed strong pain meds, nerve blockers, and muscle relaxers. I have chronic pain and take over the counter medications, which I can’t take while healing. He told me the surgery was fine so my pain wasn’t his problem, could refer me to a pain management clinic. I was prescribed 5mg hydrocodone with Tylenol and also Narcan- maybe that’s a new policy but I took it as he was calling me a junkie. I would not rec... read more
Dr. Tim Burson was my surgeon for a C5/C6 arthroplasty procedure at the end of August. I had a herniated disc with severe spinal stenosis, which caused a lot of numbness, tingling, and pain in my right arm. The surgery went perfectly, I have had zero complications from it, and my arm is completely back to normal with no numbness, tingling, etc. From what I've experienced, he's a fantastic surgeon, and the staff at the office has been great as well.
