For a practice that purports to accept Medicare but starts with a $15000 concierge fee and $75000 charge for the procedure they promote, I feel some upfront disclosure would have saved me some time and inconvenience.

Dr. Ament saved my life and restored my quality of life! I had bilateral issues with my arms/wrists/hands for years, and by the time I saw Dr. Ament, I could not hold a pen longer than a couple seconds, and was in constant pain. Excellent Neurosurgeon. The Doctor was able to help with my surgical and recovery expectations. Professional, communicative, and friendly (as is his staff). But above all, he is very clear on the specifics of the surgery and how it is performed, which also helps the patient manage their anxiety. I would highly recommend Dr Ement
