For a practice that purports to accept Medicare but starts with a $15000 concierge fee and $75000 charge for the procedure they promote, I feel some upfront disclosure would have saved me some time and inconvenience.

Dr. Ament saved my life and restored my quality of life! I had bilateral issues with my arms/wrists/hands for years, and by the time I saw Dr. Ament, I could not hold a pen longer than a couple seconds, and was in constant pain.
