The staff and doctors are nice. But making patients wait so long for there appointment is ridiculous. I took my father for an mri and the appointment was for 115pm. The doctor didn't show till 230pm. Then what was horrible is they charge him 40 dollar Co pay and they didn't do anything. Then he was suppose to get mri and the nurse said he don't need it. The check out staff was so slow we ended up not getting home till 5. I wouldn't recommend this place to any new patients. Aaron S.
I've been seeing Dr. Nguyen for almost 4 years now after I had a concussion that triggered epilepsy. After communicating with each other and him listening to me a lot, not just telling me what to do "by the book", I ended up having a mass of my brain removed by Dr. Sather, almost a year ago, and my epilepsy has stopped!! Working with them is amazing, and I do and always will suggest them to people. I can't be appreciative enough as it hasn't just stopped my seizures, but has returned me to "normal"!!
If I could I would have given 0 stars. Been trying to schedule surgery for 10 months. To get a pain pump for arthritis and scoliosis was told Hershey would do it but not maintain it. So I found a pain management Dr. who would do my follow up and refill. Called to schedule my appointment with Hershey who agreed everything was fine and my first appointment to get scheduled for surgery is 4/8. Very unprofessional place… they call last minute to cancel appointments and hours to get in touch with a person on the phone!!!!
